Aims & Scope

    Journal of Creative Practices in Language Learning and Teaching aims to publish research papers in creative practices in various fields of research that include (but not limited to) second/foreign language pedagogy, language and technology, language assessment and evaluation, culture and language teaching, language and learner characteristics, language planning and policy, reading, writing, literacy. Research papers that examine creative and innovative teaching practices in areas other than languages will also be considered.

     

     The scope of CPLT covers a wide range of topics, including but not limited to:

    • Second and foreign language pedagogy
    • Technology-enhanced language learning
    • Language assessment and evaluation
    • Cultural dimensions in language education
    • Learner characteristics and individual differences
    • Language policy and curriculum planning
    • Reading, writing, and literacy development
    • Creative instructional strategies and classroom innovations
    • Online, hybrid, and virtual learning environments
    • Digital tools and learning analytics in language education

     

    CPLT welcomes quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-method studies that demonstrate sound research design, ethical practices, and clear educational implications. While the journal’s primary focus is language education, high-quality empirical studies addressing creative pedagogical practices in other subject areas may be considered if they offer transferable insights.
